REVV G4 Overdrive Pedal, Used
The Revv G4 is an analog "amp-in-a-box" high-gain distortion and preamp pedal modeled after the Red Channel of Revv Amplification’s Generator amplifier.
Key Features & Specs
- Voicing: Based on Revv's Red Channel, offering a thick, saturated, and organic high-gain tone with a heavy low-mid weight (described as a "sledgehammer" compared to the tighter G3).
- Controls: 5-control layout with Bass, Middle, Treble, Volume, and Gain for a full 3-band EQ section.
-
Aggression Switch: A 3-position mini-toggle offering:
- Red: Maximum saturation and thickness (fat leads and chunky rhythms).
- Blue: Reins in extra frequencies to tighten the response.
- Off: Classic tones and dynamic blues breakup.
- Power: Standard 9V DC center-negative external power supply (top-mounted jacks)
