Strymon Brig dBucket Delay Pedal, Used
The Strymon Brig dBucket Delay is a compact digital delay pedal that emulates classic analog Bucket Brigade Device (BBD) circuits.
Key Features
-
Three Delay Voices:
- 3205 Voice: Based on a single Panasonic MN3205 chip (similar to the Boss DM-2) for gritty slapback echoes, short delays, and sci-fi effects.
- 3005 Voice: Based on a pair of Panasonic MN3005 chips (similar to early Deluxe Memory Man units) for dreamlike, warm, and extended delays.
- Multi Voice: Uses two cross-coupled clean dBucket lines with golden ratio timing for complex rhythms, ambient washes, or stereo ping-pong-style textures.
- Controls: Time, Voice toggle, Filter (adjusts trail brightness/darkness), Repeats, and Mod.
- I/O & Connectivity: Full stereo input and output via TRS jacks, expression pedal input, TRS MIDI, and a USB-C port for DAW MIDI control and firmware updates.
- Preamp: High-impedance, ultra-low-noise discrete Class A JFET stereo input preamp.
- Power: Requires a 9V DC center-negative power supply (minimum 250mA, not always included in the box)
